Here is some price information to help you choose your Beefalo meat order. You are encouraged to take advantage of the wholesale pricing on large orders. You are also welcome to choose specific cuts of meat and to buy individual packages. Our Beefalo hamburger is packaged in 1# and 5# pkgs. The Flank, Skirt, Sirloin, Strip and Porterhouse steaks are packaged individually. If you wish to order in advance, we can custom cut and package to your liking. Our Beefalo is Dry-aged 25-28 days for the finest flavor & texture.

Please remember, Beefalo is leaner than most beef you buy. It has less fat and much lower in cholesterol with wonderful flavor. It should be cooked at lower heat for a shorter time. Enjoy!
