Whole Lamb & ½ Lambs

We offer Premium quality Whole and ½ Lambs. Cut to order, flash frozen and vacuum packaged to your liking in clear cry-o-vac. Please allow 4-8 weeks for whole Lambs. Our young Lamb is delicious, juicy and sweet tasting meat. Recipes are available.

Sold by hanging weight (approx 30 - 60 lbs) yields about 22 - 45 lbs of Legs of Lamb, roasts, 4 Shanks chops, kabob cuts, stew meat and ground Lamb. Soup bones included. All of the various cuts & organ meats cut, frozen and vacuum packaged in clear cryovac to your specification at NO additional cost. This is the Best Buy!

 

Lamb Half

Sold by hanging weight (approx 15 – 30 lbs) yields about 11 – 23 lb. All of the various cuts: Leg of Lamb, roasts, 2 Shanks, chops, kabob cuts, stew meat and ground Lamb. Soup bones included. Organ meats may be included. Cut, frozen and vacuum packaged in clear cryovac to your specification at NO additional cost.
